Making additional space work for you

All of our garages, workshops and home offices are made to order with a choice of timber claddings, straight edge boards, tongue and groove shiplap, barrel boards and waney edge boards.

A choice of roof coverings are available in felt, metro tiles (in various colours), recycled rubber slates and timber shingles.

All garages and workshops are fitted straight onto a level concrete base due to the weight of the building; however, if you require a timber floor this can be arranged.

Insulation of the inside of buildings can be offered as an extra using Kingspan insulation. Lining can be done with tongue and groove boards or Far Eastern ply - this not only looks good, but it keeps in warmth during the winter and help keeps the structure cool in the summer. What’s more, fixtures and fittings can be galvanized or zinc coated to avoid rust marks.
